Thomas A. Cline Tom, a Port Rowan native, founded the firm on June 1, 1966. Soon thereafter, he accepted a number of public sector retainers that also adapted well into Tom's private sector representation. The firm has expanded and developed from that early foundation.

Tom's practice includes municipal law, land use planning, environmental municipal assessment, and tax appeals before Administrative Tribunals and Courts. He received the Queen's Counsel distinction in 1977. Tom also focuses on the purchase and sale of properties and businesses, corporate as well as estate law.

Tom is former President of the Simcoe Rotary Club, a Simcoe Rotary Club Paul Harris Fellowship recipient, and former Chairman of the Norfolk General Hospital Foundation. He also served as Restoration Chairman of St. John's Anglican Church, Port Rowan.

Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) - University of Western Ontario, London.

Areas of Emphasis: Municipal law, land use planning, environmental municipal assessment, tax appeals, purchase and sale of properties and businesses, corporate and estate law.
