Bob Nightingale has been a partner of Cline, Backus, Nightingale, McArthur LLP since joining the firm in 1979. He was an articling student and associate lawyer with the London law firm of Siskind, Cromarty from 1975 to 1979 practicing in civil litigation. Bob is a native of Waterford, Ontario and is a graduate of Waterford District High School.

Bob has been certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. His practice focuses on personal injury, fatal accident and insurance litigation for both plaintiffs and insurance companies. He appears before Courts of all levels in Ontario with respect to these matters as well as for claims involving medical and professional malpractice, sexual abuse, wrongful dismissal and other commercial litigation matters. Bob also has extensive administrative tribunal litigation experience including attending before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal and Pension Appeals Board, Canada Employment Board, W.S.I.B. Appellate Tribunal and Coroner's Inquests.
