Paul, a Simcoe native, joined the firm in 1998 and serves clients in a range of practice areas with a focus on advocacy and litigation. Paul has conducted numerous trials in a variety of different practice areas and has successfully appeared in all Provincial and Superior Court levels in Ontario as well as the Federal Court of Appeal. Paul has also appeared before numerous boards and tribunals in Ontario including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Review Tribunal, the Pension Appeals Board, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Farm Products Appeals Tribunal.

Paul firmly believes that great results are achieved through careful preparation and he will take whatever time is necessary, day or night, to advance his client's case.

Paul is a standing agent of the Attorney General of Canada for Norfolk County, President of the Erie Shores Brain Injury Association, and member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
